For commercial properties
The grounds are the first thing tenants, customers and residents see, and the first thing they call you about. We set a fixed service day for each property, work around your business hours and deliveries, and send photo updates after each visit so you can confirm the work without driving to the site. If something outside the scope needs attention, such as a damaged shrub or a washed-out bed, you hear about it from us before you hear about it from a tenant.

You get your weekends back. Your lawn is cut and edged on the same day every week, beds are kept weeded and tidy, and shrubs are pruned when they should be rather than when someone gets around to it. Spring and fall cleanups are already on the calendar, so you never have to remember to book them.

Central Ohio lawns are mostly cool-season grasses growing in heavy clay soil. They grow fast in spring, slow down in the heat of July and August, and pick up again in fall. We adjust mowing height and timing through the year to match, instead of running the same cut from April to November.
