Why we work the way we do

Property care usually gets split into pieces. One company mows, another handles snow, a third looks after irrigation, and the owner or manager is left to coordinate all of them. When something falls through the cracks, everyone points at someone else.

EnviroVIA is built around a simpler idea: one point of contact and one plan for year-round care of the whole property. The same team that cuts the grass in June knows where the curbs and drains are in January, notices a broken sprinkler head on a weekly visit and can tell you which beds will need attention next spring.

What that looks like in practice

Every relationship starts with a property walkthrough. We look at the site, listen to how you want it run and write one proposal that covers the full year, with a fixed scope and schedule. After that, visits happen on a set schedule, you get photo updates after service, and one person is your contact for every question, change or concern.
